Here at DailiesPods, we understand the importance of finding the right program to support your child's learning. It can be difficult and time-consuming to sift through all of the educational services and options. To make your decision a little easier:

  • We offer your first class for free! We use this as a way to provide recommendations for the ideal program placement, in addition to learning more about your child's current skills.

Missed Class Policy:

We want to be sure that attending classes is both convenient and flexible; we understand that life may get in the way of attending classes sometimes!

As soon as you know you may miss a class, please update your class reservation in your portal. If we have 24-hour notice then you will not be charged for the missed class. If you cancel a class or end up missing a class then you will be subject to the charge for the class at your normal plan rate or may lose the class credit for the week if you are on a pod or tutoring learning plan. Some exceptions can be made for certain circumstances.

There are no credits or refunds that will be given for tutoring sessions reserved and not attended or cancelled within 24 hours due to the personalized nature of the session. If you do not show for your session or fail to update your class reservations, you will be charged at the normal $40 Pay as You Go tutoring session rate.

Class Cancellation Policy:

We want you to have peace of mind, both educationally and financially. If you aren’t able to attend a class you’ve signed up for, we ask that you skip a class in our app as soon as you know you can’t attend. We won’t charge you for the session as long as you give notice at least 24 hours before the class begins that you are needing to miss the class. You will be charged if you cancel a class reservation less than 24 hours in advance. Some exceptions are allowed for certain circumstances.

Why?
Our teachers have spent time preparing to have your child in class by designing a lesson to provide them with the skills and support they need. Every lesson, every day is custom based on the students in that specific class on that specific day. Additionally, reserving a class removes the opportunity for other families to attend since we limit the total number of students per class to maintain our optimal small group student-to-teacher ratio.

Learning Plan Cancellation Policy:
Learning plans cover the included classes for the duration of the month and are set to renew on the same day each month. If you are wishing to cancel your learning plan subscription, please access your profile settings in your portal and select the learning plan you wish to cancel. If you are canceling your learning plan subscription, please note that your plan will continue for the remainder of the month and will just be set to non-renew on your billing date. Please feel free to take advantage of your plan offerings until then!

Refund Policy:
Learning plans are refundable if canceled within the first 7 days of the plan or after your monthly renewal. Any attended classes within those first 7 days will be deducted from the total plan cost and will be billed at the Pay as You Go rate and deducted from your overall refund.
